Omega 256, has shared her toxic relationship experience and how she escaped it.
Speaking to Ruth Kalibbala on the Mwasuze Mutya program, Omega 256 said that she was stuck with an abusive, controlling, and unfaithful partner during the lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
She said that her partner discouraged her from pursuing her music dreams, and tried to isolate her from her friends and family.
She said that she endured the relationship for a long time, hoping that things would change, but they only got worse.
She said that she left for Kampala as soon as the restrictions eased, and broke up with him. She said that she felt relieved and liberated and that she decided to focus on herself and her music.
She said that she learned from her experience and that she vowed to never let anyone treat her badly or disrespect her.
