Gravity Omutujju has announced that he has donated his land in Busabala, a village in the Central Region of Uganda, for the construction of a hospital.
He said that when he made this decision Bobi Wine failed to respond to his challenge to donate his Busabala beach property for the same purpose.
Gravity Omutujju, whose real name is Gereson Wabuyi, called journalists and showed them a small piece of land in Busabala he said he would begin construction of the hospital soon.
He made a bold claim that all pregnant mothers would not pay to give birth as long as they had national IDs and were residents of the said area.
He also said that he was disappointed that Bobi Wine, who is also a musician and a former friend of his, did not respond to his challenge, which he claims that Bobi Wine has failed to give his one love beach in Busabala for hospital construction.
Bobi Wine has not commented on Gravity Omutujju’s saga directly, which a fellow artist A Pass calls a ‘public stunt‘ from Gravity Omutujju.
