The rivalry between Ugandan singers Pallaso and Alien Skin has reached a new level of intensity with the release of a diss track by Pallaso titled “Kimenke”.
The song, which directly attacks Alien Skin in Luganda, is the latest development in their ongoing beef that has seen them exchange insults and physical violence on social media and in public.
Pallaso, whose real name is Pius Mayanja, is the brother of legendary musician Jose Chameleone and a member of the Mayanja family that has dominated the Ugandan music scene for decades.
He has been involved in several controversies, including being deported from the US in 2014 and surviving an alleged xenophobic attack in South Africa in 2020.
Alien Skin, whose real name is Mulwana Patrick, is a rising star in the Ugandan music industry, known for his unique music style and appearance.
