How King Saha survived poisoning and got treatment in Europe

Ugandan singer and songwriter King Saha has opened up about his health struggles and frequent travels to Europe.

The Kings Love Entertainment CEO said he was poisoned by his enemies and has been getting medical attention overseas.

King Saha, whose real name is Mansur Ssemanda, was supposed to hold his ‘Zakayo’ concert on Valentine’s Day 14th February at Hotel Africana.

However, the concert was canceled as the singer fell critically ill and was admitted to Nakasero hospital in January where he spent more than a month receiving treatment from health practitioners.

There were rumours that he had been hospitalized due to the excessive use of toxic substances and others claimed that it could have been fatigue since he had performed at lots of events during the December Festive season.

King Saha denied the rumours and said he was poisoned by people who wished him bad. He said a doctor informed him of his condition and advised him to seek modified treatment from abroad. He said he has been traveling to Europe several times this year to get better.

He also thanked his fans for their prayers and support during his difficult time. He said he now feels a lot healthier and stronger. He urged people to be careful and watch out for their enemies.

King Saha is one of the most popular singers in Uganda. He does various music genres which include zouk, r&b, reggae, afrobeat and Bossanova. He has released several hit songs such as Money, Zakayo, Ebiseera Ebyo, among others. He is also a businessman who owns boats in Entebbe Landing site used for fishing.
