Pastor Robert Kayanja’s son, Robert Kayanja Junior, has taken another step towards marriage by introducing his fiancée, Marlena Gailis, to his parents. The introduction ceremony took place on the 1st of July, 2023, at Pastor Kayanja’s home in Kampala.
Robert Kayanja Junior is the eldest son of Pastor Robert and Jessica Kayanja, the founders and leaders of Robert Kayanja Ministries and Miracle Centre Cathedral.
He is also a creative pastor at the ministry, and was the best man for his father when he renewed his vows with his mother in 2018.
Marlena Gailis is a public relations graduate from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. She met Robert Kayanja Junior online in 2020, and they started dating shortly after.
They got engaged in November 2022, when Robert Kayanja Junior proposed to her with a diamond ring in a romantic setting surrounded by candles and roses.
The couple shared their engagement news on their social media platforms, and received congratulatory messages from their fans and friends.
Pastor Robert Kayanja expressed his joy and support for his son and future daughter-in-law on Twitter when he proposed to her in 2022: “My Big Boy @robrjk did that knee thing , Congratulations Buddy! I am all in on this!!”
