Carol wants to keep her music career away from politics and does not accept any invitations that involve performing at political events.
She says, “I don’t care about politics, and I have always said no to such requests in the past. Even if Muhoozi asked me to sing at his campaign, I would say no. I am just not interested.”
Carol is part of the musicians federation, which some people think is politically biased, but she makes it clear that she is not part of any political agenda.
“I will quit the federation if it starts to promote political interests,” she says firmly.
