Barugahara expressed his disappointment in Abitex, also known as Abbey Musinguzi, during a media interview for influencing Alien Skin to organize a show.

Barugahara, who is organizing Pallaso’s Love Fest Concert on Friday, June 9, emphasized that instead of working together, they are now engaged in a conflict.

Both Abitex and Balaam Barugahara collaborate within the Uganda Promoters Federation, with Abitex serving as the president and Barugahara as the vice president. Barugahara stated that Abitex paid Alien Skin’s manager a sum of Shs1.35 million for the concert.

While acknowledging the potential success of the show, particularly citing “Sitya Danger,” Barugahara made it clear that it was not Alien Skin who planned it, but rather Abitex, the president of the promoters federation.

He expressed his concern about the actions taken by Abitex, stating that it is detrimental to their business.

Barugahara highlighted the previous incident at Freedom City Mall, where lives were lost during a stampede on New Year’s Eve.

Abitex was arrested in connection with the incident, as the police claimed that he allowed more attendees into the concert venue than it could accommodate.

In reference to this incident, Barugahara emphasized that Abitex has not learned from his past mistakes, despite being regarded as a father figure in the music business.

He expressed his disappointment in Abitex’s lack of growth and maturity, concluding with a request for prayers on his behalf. Barugahara also mentioned the potential consequences, suggesting that one of them will ultimately lose in this situation.
