Emotional moment as Esther and Ezekiel Mutesasira hug their father at the airport

Singing siblings Esther and Ezekiel Mutesasira, who won the first season of East Africa's Got Talent in 2019, have returned to Uganda for the holidays after living in Canada for almost three years. They were welcomed by their father, Pastor Steven Mutesasira, who was overjoyed to see them.

Esther and Ezekiel, who are 18 and 15 years old respectively, moved to Canada with their mother, Julie Muteesasira, a gospel singer who divorced their father and came out as a gay woman. The children had not seen their father since then, until last night when they arrived at Entebbe International Airport.
