Dance hall sensation King Michael says he left UMA to advance his music career.

Dancehall sensation King Micheal has been missing from the music world for a very long time. When he last had a hit, Fresh Kid hadn't even been conceived.

King Michael is quite hopeful about resuming his music career in full gear though. He asserts that he had to abandon his responsibilities at the Uganda Musicians Association in order to concentrate on his music career.

"I squandered a lot of time in UMA service. I became aware that the initiatives that were promoted did not materialize. People are motivated by personal gain at UMA. I decided to leave and advance my career," he claims.

He has already put together an album, which he promises to release very soon.
